This wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with only 4.8 grams of residual sugar. This is a real quality wine, which clearly stands out from simpler qualities and so this German wine enchants naturally with all dryness with the finest balance. Excellent taste does not necessarily need a lot of residual sugar. Due to its lively fruit acidity, the Pinot Gris reveals itself impressively fresh and lively on the palate. The final of this white wine from the wine-growing region of Palatinate finally thrills with considerable reverberation.
Vinification of the Friedrich Becker Pinot Gris
This elegant white wine from Germany is made from the grape variety Pinot Gris. After the hand harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Subsequently, fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures.
Food recommendation for Friedrich Becker Pinot Gris
This German white wine is best enjoyed moderately chilled at 11 - 13°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to asparagus salad with quinoa, pasta with sausage dumplings or omelet with salmon and fennel.
