Vinification of Friulano Collio by Draga

The balanced Friulano Collio from Italy is a single-varietal wine, vinified from the Friulano grape variety. The grapes grow in optimal conditions in Friuli Venezia Giulia. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of clay and sandstone. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the Friulano Collio can harmonize further for 7 months on the fine lees.
