Vinification of Vallarom's Fuflus
The basis for the balanced Fuflus from Italy are grapes from the grape varieties Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah. In Trentino-Alto Adige, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of limestone. After the manual harvest, the grapes arrive quickly at the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks and small wood at controlled temperatures. After its end, the elegant Fuflus is aged for another 18 months in oak barriques.
