More information about Ganz Zart Rosé - Weingut Pfaffl
The light-footed Ganz Zart Rosé from Weingut Pfaffl glides into the glass with brilliant strawberry pink. The Weingut Pfaffl Ganz Zart Rosé presents itself to the wine enthusiast wonderfully dry. This rosé wine never shows itself coarse or meager, as one might expect from a wine in the upper price range. Light-footed and multi-layered, this silky rosé wine presents itself on the palate. With its present fruit acidity, Ganz Zart Rosé presents itself wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate. The finish of this youthful rosé wine from the wine-growing region of Lower Austria finally thrills with good reverberation. The finish is also accompanied by mineral hints of the soils dominated by loess soil.
Vinification of the winery Pfaffl Ganz Zart Rosé
This elegant rosé wine from Austria is made from Roesler, Saint Laurent and Zweigelt grape varieties. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Lower Austria. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of loess soil. After the hand harvest, the grapes quickly reach the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully milled. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Ganz Zart Rosé is allowed to further harmonize on the fine lees for a few months.
