Garnacha Syrah DO - Viñas del Vero

Vinification of the Viñas del Vero Garnacha Syrah

The basis for the balanced Garnacha Syrah from Aragon are grapes from the Garnacha and Syrah varieties. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Aragon. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of clay and loam. After the hand harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Garnacha Syrah can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months....
