Vinification of the Campos de Luz Garnacha Vieja
This powerful red wine from Spain is vinified from the Garnacha grape variety. After the hand harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of the fermentation, the Garnacha Vieja is allowed to further harmonize on the fine lees for a few months....

This red wine from Spain is best enjoyed at a temperate 15 - 18°C. It is perfect to accompany roasted calf's liver with apples, onions and balsamic vinegar sauce, veal boiled beef with beans and tomatoes or braised chicken in red wine.
