More information
After the first swirl, you can perceive a first-class balance in this white wine, because it stands out on the glass walls neither watery nor syrupy or liqueur-like. The bouquet of this white wine from the Palatinate region convinces with notes of jasmine, grapefruit, orange and apple. If we trace the aromatics further, vanilla, black tea and oriental spices are added.
This wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with 5.1 grams of residual sugar. This is a real quality wine, which clearly stands out from simpler qualities and so this German wine naturally enchants with the finest balance despite all dryness. Aroma does not necessarily require residual sugar. On the palate, the texture of this balanced white wine is wonderfully light and dense. Due to its present fruit acidity, the Gelber Muskateller 2.0 EXKLUSIV is fantastically fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this youthful from the wine-growing region of the Palatinate finally thrilled with good length. Again, hints of acacia and pear show. In the aftertaste, mineral notes of the soils dominated by clay and limestone join in.
Vinification of the Tina Pfaffmann Gelber Muskateller 2.0 EXKLUSIV
The balanced Gelber Muskateller 2.0 EXKLUSIV from Germany is a single-varietal wine, pressed from the Gelber Muskateller grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in the Palatinate region. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of limestone and clay. Gelber Muskateller 2.0 EXKLUSIV is an Old World wine through and through, as this German wine exudes an extraordinary European charm that clearly underscores the success of Old World wines. After the grape harvest, the grapes arrive at the winery by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After completion of fermentation, the Gelber Muskateller 2.0 EXKLUSIV can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for several months....
