Vinification of the Geldermann Geldermann Grand Brut
The basis for the first-class and wonderfully elegant Cuvée Geldermann Grand Brut from Geldermann are Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. After the hand harvest, the grapes are brought to the press house by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully ground. Now follows the fermentation of the base wines. After the assemblage of the cuvée, further aging follows on the basis of bottle storage, classic bottle fermentation. Subsequently, the Geldermann Geldermann Grand Brut matures for 24 months on the full yeast.
