The powerful Gewurztraminer Arliz from Italy is a single-varietal wine, pressed from the grape variety Gewürztraminer. The grapes grow in optimal conditions in Trentino-Alto Adige. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of weathered rock. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the pressing house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After its end, the Gewurztraminer Arliz can further harmonize on the fine lees for 7 months.
