Vinification of Fontana Graziano Gewurztraminer

This balanced white wine from Italy is made from the grape variety Gewürztraminer. In Trentino-Alto Adige, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of clay and limestone. After manual harvesting, the grapes reach the winery by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Gewurztraminer can harmonize further for several months on the fine lees.
