Vinification of Gewurztraminer from La Cadalora
This balanced white wine from Italy is vinified from the grape variety Gewürztraminer. The grapes grow in optimal conditions in Trentino-Alto Adige. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of limestone. After manual harvesting, the grapes reach the winery by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn off.
