The Gewurztraminer Val Venosta of Stachlburg Baron Von Kripp from Trentino-Alto Adige offers in the glass a bright, copper-gold color. To the nose, this Stachlburg Baron Von Kripp white wine shows all sorts of ripe apple, pear, apricot and lychee. As if that were not already impressive, join by the expansion in stainless steel still nutmeg and lily.
The Stachlburg Baron Von Kripp Gewurztraminer Val Venosta tastes pleasantly dry. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. As you would expect from a wine, this Italian naturally enchants with the finest balance despite all dryness. Taste does not necessarily need a lot of sugar. On the palate, the texture of this balanced white wine is wonderfully silky, velvety, creamy and dense. In the finish, this white wine from the wine-growing region of Trentino-Alto Adige finally inspires with beautiful length. Once again, hints of pear and lychee appear.
Vinification of the Stachlburg Baron Von Kripp Gewurztraminer Val Venosta
The balanced Gewurztraminer Val Venosta from Italy is a single-vineyard wine, organically vinified from the grape variety Gewürztraminer. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the Gewurztraminer Val Venosta can harmonize further for several months on the fine lees.
