The balanced Gewurztraminer Val Venosta from Italy is a single-vineyard wine, organically vinified from the grape variety Gewürztraminer. After the manual harvest, the grapes arrive at the winery in the fastest way. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the completion of fermentation, the Gewurztraminer Val Venosta can harmonize further for several months on the fine lees.
