Vinification of the GIllesberg Cabernet Franc from Triebaumer
The basis for the powerful GIllesberg Cabernet Franc from Austria are grapes from the Cabernet Franc grape variety. The grapes for this red wine from Austria are harvested exclusively by hand after optimal ripeness has been ensured. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in small oak barrels at controlled temperatures.
