The elegant Glicine Rosato Terre Siciliane from Italy is a cuvée made from the grape varieties Nerello Cappuccio, Nerello Mascalese and Nero d'Avola. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Sicily. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of limestone and sandstone. After harvesting, the grapes reach the winery by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Glicine Rosato Terre Siciliane can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months....
