Vinification of the Golden Malagouzia Wine Museum PGI by Tzivani
This balanced white wine from Greece is organically vinified from the Malvasia Bianca grape variety. After harvesting, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Golden Malagouzia Wine Museum PGI is allowed to further harmonize on its fine lees for a few months.
