Vinification of the Gold Traminer Goldsoliva Vendemmia Tardiva from Pravis
This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Gold Muscat. Only premium grape material was used for this wonderfully elegant single-varietal wine from Pravis. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks and small wood at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Goldtraminer Goldsoliva Vendemmia Tardiva can harmonize further for several months on the fine lees.
