This powerful red wine from Italy is made from the Cabernet Sauvignon, Ciliegiolo and Sangiovese grape varieties. After harvesting, the grapes are transported to the winery as quickly as possible. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn off. Once the wine is finished, the Governo All'uso Toscano is carefully harmonized.
