Vinification of the Castillo de Enériz Graciano Garnacha Navarra
The balanced Graciano Garnacha Navarra from Spain is a cuvée, vinified from the grape varieties Garnacha and Graciano. After the hand harvest, the grapes immediately reach the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Vinification is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
