Der Gran VU Blend von Bodegas Salentein leuchtet tiefrot im Glas mit violetten Reflexen. Es entfalten sich die Aromen dunkler Früchte, Lakritze und Minze.

Dieser Rotwein ist am Gaumen dicht und komplex mit weichen und eleganten Tanninen. Dieser würzige und körperreiche Wein aus Argentinien endet in einem sehr langen Finale.

Vinifikation für den Salentein Gran VU Blend

Diese Cuvée aus dem Valle de Uco (VU) wird aus den Rebsorten Malbec (73%) und Cabernet Sauvignon (27%) vinifiziert. Nach der Lese werden die Trauben in Fässern aus französischer Eiche vergoren und für 24 Monate in diesen gereift.

Genießen Sie diesen trockenen Rotwein zu kurzgebratenem Rinderfilet oder zu Osso Bucco a la Milanese.
