More information
In the glass, the Grand Vin Blanc from Domaine de Baronarques shows a bright golden yellow color. If you swirl the glass, you can perceive a perfect balance in this white wine, because it stands out on the glass walls neither watery nor syrupy or liqueur-like. Poured into a white wine glass, this Old World white wine offers wonderfully expressive aromas of papaya, pear, apple and guava, rounded out by oak, cigar box and toasted barrique contributed by barrel aging.
The Domaine de Baronarques Grand Vin Blanc presents itself to the wine lover wonderfully dry. This white wine never shows itself coarse or meager, as one might expect from a wine icon wine segment. Balanced and complex, this light white wine presents itself on the palate. With its lively fruit acidity, the Grand Vin Blanc reveals itself impressively fresh and lively on the palate. The final of this youthful white wine from the wine-growing region of the Languedoc finally thrilled with beautiful reverberation.
Vinification of the Grand Vin Blanc from Domaine de Baronarques
This balanced white wine from France is made from the Chardonnay grape variety. Grand Vin Blanc is an Old World wine through and through, as this Frenchman exudes an exceptional European charm that clearly underscores the success of Old World wines. After the harvest, the grapes arrive swiftly at the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in small wood at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging for several months in French barrels.
