Vinification of the Pinot Gris from Pfannebecker
The balanced Pinot Gris from Germany is a single-varietal wine, made from the grape variety Pinot Gris. After the grape harvest, the grapes quickly reach the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Pinot Gris is allowed to further harmonize on the fine lees for several months.
