The Pinot Gris & Co. from the Palatinate wine-growing region reveals itself in the glass in a bright light yellow. This German cuvée presents wonderfully expressive notes of acacia, peaches, lemons and pears in the glass. There are also hints of other fruits.

This wine tastes pleasantly dry. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. Vinification of Weingut Klein Grauburgunder & Co.

This balanced white wine from Germany is made from the Pinot Gris and Silvaner grape varieties. After harvesting, the grapes are transported to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of this process, the Pinot Gris & Co. can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for several months.
