Vinification of the Baglio di Pianetto Grillo Sicilia
This white wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Grillo. Only first-class grapes were used for this wonderfully elegant single-varietal wine from Baglio di Pianetto. The grapes for this white wine from Italy are picked exclusively by hand at the point of optimum ripeness. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
