Vinification of the Grillo Sicilia Doc Pinzeri from Funaro
This white wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Grillo. Only first-class grapes were used for this exceptionally well-balanced single-varietal wine from Funaro. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
