The balanced Grillo Suliccenti from Italy is a single-vineyard wine, vinified from the Grillo grape variety. In Sicily, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of limestone. The grapes for this white wine from Italy, after ensuring optimal ripeness, are harvested exclusively by hand. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly transferred to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully ground. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn off.

This Italian white wine is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as an accompaniment to cabbage roulades, pasta with sausage dumplings or potato pan with salmon.
