More information
The Grillo from Palazzo Malgara shimmers in a light straw yellow. The slightly herbal aroma of nettle, green pepper, lemon balm and jasmine, which is typical of the grape variety, is accompanied by citrusy notes. In the mouth, this Italian white wine delights with its juicy fruit, fresh fruit acidity and balanced minerality.
Vinification of Malgara Grillo
After careful harvesting, the grapes from the Palazzo Malgara winery are destemmed, crushed and the resulting mash is pressed after a short standing time. The resulting must undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, where this white wine rounds off until bottling.
