Light on its feet and multi-faceted, this crisp and light rosé wine presents on the palate. The final of this youthful rosé wine from the wine region of the Languedoc, more precisely from C.d.R. Villages Tautavel, finally impresses with good reverberation.
Vinification of Gérard Bertrand Gris Blanc Vin de Pays d'Oc
Grenache and Grenache Gris grapes are the starting point for Gérard Bertrand's premium and wonderfully elegant Cuvée Gris Blanc Vin de Pays d'Oc. After the grape harvest, the grapes arrive at the winery by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Gris Blanc Vin de Pays d'Oc can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months....

This French rosé wine is best enjoyed moderately chilled at 11 - 13°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to lemon chili chicken with bulgur, coconut-lime fish curry or omelet with salmon and fennel.
