In the glass, this white wine from Weingut Johann Topf reveals aromas of lime, jasmine, orange, lemongrass and lime, complemented by gingerbread spice, oriental spices and cinnamon. The Weingut Johann Topf Grüner Veltliner delights with its elegantly dry flavor. He was brought with exceptionally little residual sugar on the bottle. As you would naturally expect from a wine in the upper price range, this Austrian naturally enraptures with the finest balance despite all its dryness. Excellent taste does not necessarily need a lot of sugar. On the tongue, this light-footed white wine is characterized by an incredibly light texture. The final of this white wine from the wine-growing region of Lower Austria, more precisely from Kamptal, finally convinces with beautiful reverberation.

Vinification of the Grüner Veltliner from Weingut Johann Topf

This elegant white wine from Austria is made from the grape variety Grüner Veltliner. After the hand harvest, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully milled. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The vinification is followed by a few months of aging on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn into bottles.
