The Grüner Veltliner Non Vintage from the wine-growing region of Lower Austria presents a bright platinum yellow color in the glass. This single varietal Austrian wine presents delightfully complex notes of raisins, nectarines, vineyard peaches and fruit bread in the glass. These are joined by hints of green peppers, black tea and gingerbread spice.

Vinification of the Grüner Veltliner Non Vintage by Weinrieder
This balanced white wine from Austria is made vegan from the grape variety Grüner Veltliner. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Lower Austria. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of clay, sand and loess. The grapes for this white wine from Austria, after ensuring optimal ripeness, are harvested exclusively by hand. After the harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn off.
