More information

In the glass, the Hado of Vinedos Pujanza presents a dense ruby color. The first nose of the Hado reveals notes of blackberries and acacia. The fruity aspects of the bouquet are joined by notes of barrel aging like even more fruity-balsamic nuances.

This wine impresses with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with exceptionally little residual sugar. As you would expect from a wine, this Spaniard naturally enraptures with the finest balance despite all its dryness. Excellent taste does not necessarily need sugar. On the tongue, this punchy red wine is characterized by an incredibly silky and dense texture. In the finish, this wine from the wine-growing region of La Rioja finally inspires with beautiful length. There are again hints of blackberry and acacia. In the reverberation, mineral notes of the limestone and clay dominated soils join.

Vinification of the Hado of Vinedos Pujanza

This powerful red wine from Spain is vinified from the Tempranillo grape variety. In La Rioja, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of clay and limestone. After the grape harvest, the grapes arrive quickly at the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks and small wood at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally bottled.

Serving recommendation for the Hado of Vinedos Pujanza

This Spanish red wine is best enjoyed tempered at 15 - 18 ° C.. It is perfect as a companion to duck breast with sugar snap peas, veal boiled fillet with beans and tomatoes, or stuffed peppers.
