This elegant white wine from Germany is biodynamically vinified from the Riesling grape variety. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the wine is finished, the Hallgarten Riesling Rheinschiefer can harmonize carefully in the bottle.
