Der "Harmonie de Gascogne" Blancvon Domaine de Pellehaut offenbart sich in einer strahlend hellen, strohgelben Farbe im Glas. Das ansprechend vielfruchtige Aroma erinnert an Zitrusfrüchte, Stachelbeeren, Akazienblüten und reife tropische Fruchtaromen mit würzigen und krautigen Nuancen.
Am Gaumen werden die tropischen Fruchtaromen von einer frischen Säure, die bis in den Abgang anhält, ausbalanciert. Er besitzt einen filigranen Körper und eine frische, lebhafte Balance.
