The "Harmonie de Gascogne" Rouge from Domaine de Pellehaut envelops the glass in a brilliant cherry red color with purple highlights. The fragrant, complex bouquet delights with fresh and intense aromas of cassis, cherries and blackberries underpinned with peppery notes that lend strength.
The aromas continue in the mouth as well, where they provide a full-bodied, supple and fleshy mouthfeel with ripe, soft tannins . There is a nice freshness on the finish. The red wine cuvée of 50% Merlot, 20% Tannat and 15% each Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah is by its supple and fruity appearance a food companion that is fun, but also solo a pleasure.

It can be served as a wonderful aperitif and companion to grilled red and white meats and aged hard cheeses.
