More information

In the glass, the HARU Rosé from Casa Rojo shows a bright, strong rosé color. If you give it some air by swirling, you can perceive a perfect balance in this rosé wine, because it stands out on the glass walls neither watery nor syrupy or liqueur-like. To the nose, this Casa Rojo rosé wine reveals all sorts of lemongrass, lime, grapefruit, pomelo and kumquats.

This wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with only 2.3 grams of residual sugar. As you would naturally expect from a premium and site wine segment, this Spaniard naturally enraptures with the finest balance for all its dryness. Aroma does not necessarily require residual sugar. On the tongue, this balanced rosé wine is characterized by an incredibly crisp texture. Due to its vital fruit acid, the HARU Rosé is fantastically fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this youthful from the wine-growing region of Murcia finally inspires with beautiful length. Again, hints of grapefruit and kumquat appear. In the aftertaste, mineral notes of the soils dominated by limestone and gravel are added.

Vinification of the HARU Rosé by Casa Rojo

The basis for the first-class and wonderfully balanced cuvée HARU Rosé from Casa Rojo are Garnacha, Monastrell and Syrah grapes. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Murcia. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of clay, sand, limestone, shale and gravel. HARU Rosé is an Old World wine through and through, as this Spaniard exudes an extraordinary European charm that clearly underscores the success of Old World wines. After the grape harvest, the grapes arrive at the winery by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. This is followed by fermentation in controlled temperatures. The fermentation is followed by aging .

Food recommendation for Casa Rojo HARU Rosé

This rosé wine from Spain is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as a companion to fruity endive salad, omelet with salmon and fennel or stir-fried vegetables with fish.
