Vinification of the HARU Rosé by Casa Rojo
The basis for the first-class and wonderfully balanced cuvée HARU Rosé from Casa Rojo are Garnacha, Monastrell and Syrah grapes. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Murcia. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of clay, sand, limestone, shale and gravel. HARU Rosé is an Old World wine through and through, as this Spaniard exudes an extraordinary European charm that clearly underscores the success of Old World wines. After the grape harvest, the grapes arrive at the winery by the fastest route. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. This is followed by fermentation in controlled temperatures. The fermentation is followed by aging .
