The powerful Hécula double magnum 3.0 l from Spain is a single-varietal wine made from the Monastrell grape variety. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Murcia. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into loam and clay soils. The grapes for this red wine from Spain are harvested exclusively by hand at the time of optimum ripeness. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks and small wooden barrels at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by maturation on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn off.
