After the hand harvest, the grapes arrive swiftly at the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, the Heldenstück Riesling can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months...

This German white wine is best enjoyed well chilled at 8 - 10°C. It is perfect as an accompanying wine to leek soup, potato pan with salmon or fruity endive salad.
