The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Baden. Here, the vines dig their roots deep into soils of limestone, loess soil and volcanic rock. After the grape harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Herrenbuck Spätburgunder Tradition Spätlese is aged for 6 months in large oak barrels.
