With the Josef Ambs Herz über Kopf Rosé comes a first-class rosé wine in the glass. In this it reveals a wonderfully brilliant pink color. Ideally poured into a white wine glass, this rosé wine from Germany presents wonderfully youthful aromas of black currant, blackberry, mulberry and blueberry, rounded off by other fruity nuances.
This German wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with only 8 grams of residual sugar. This is a real quality wine, which clearly stands out from simpler qualities and so this German wine naturally enchants with the finest balance despite all dryness. Aroma does not necessarily need a lot of sugar. On the tongue, this light-footed rosé wine is characterized by an incredibly light texture. Due to its present fruit acidity, the Herz über Kopf Rosé is wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate. The finale of this ripening rosé wine from the wine-growing region of Baden, more precisely from the Kaiserstuhl, finally impresses with good reverberation. The finish is also accompanied by mineral hints of the soils dominated by clay and loess.
Vinification of the Josef Ambs Herz über Kopf Rosé
This elegant rosé wine from Germany is made from the Pinot Noir grape variety. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of the fermentation, the Herz über Kopf Rosé can continue to harmonize on the fine lees for a few months....
