The powerful Tomas Esteban from the pen of Bodegas Valderiz enters the glass with a dense ruby red. At the edge also shows a color transition to garnet red. The first nose of Tomas Esteban reveals notes of plum, morello cherry and mulberry. The fruity hints of the bouquet are joined by notes of barrel aging such as beech smoke, whole nut chocolate and brown bread.

Vinification of Bodegas Valderiz Tomas Esteban
This wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, and that is Tempranillo. Only the best grape material was used for this exceptionally powerful single-varietal wine from Bodegas Valderiz. After the hand harvest, the grapes reach the winery by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. This is followed by fermentation in large wood at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Tomas Esteban is aged for 30 months in French oak barrels.
