This balanced sparkling wine from Italy is vinified from the grape varieties Bombino Bianco and Pinot Noir. In Puglia, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of clay and limestone. Following the manual harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. This is followed by fermentation of the base wines.
