In the glass, the Insider Cuvée Red from Landerer presents a bright light red color. The first nose of the Insider Cuvée Red tells of plums, morello cherries and blueberries. The fruity components of the bouquet are joined by notes of barrel aging such as smoked meat, black tea and gingerbread spice.

This is a real quality wine, which clearly stands out from simpler qualities and so this German wine enchants naturally with all dryness with the finest balance. Excellent taste does not necessarily require sugar. Due to its lively fruit acid, the Insider Cuvée Red is wonderfully fresh and lively on the palate. In the finish, this red wine from the wine-growing region of Baden finally inspires with beautiful length. There are again hints of black currant and mulberry. In the aftertaste, mineral notes of the soils dominated by loess and volcanic rock join in.
Vinification of the Landerer Insider Cuvée Red
Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Pinot Noir grapes are the starting point for Landerer's first-class and wonderfully balanced Insider Cuvée Rot. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Baden. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of loess and volcanic rock. The grapes for this red wine from Germany, when perfectly ripe, are harvested exclusively by hand. After the harvest, the grapes reach the winery by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully ground. Fermentation then takes place in large wood at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging for several months in oak barrels.
