Der Insolia Terre Siciliane IGT von Cusumano präsentiert sich in einem herrlich zitronigen Gelb im Weinglas und entfaltet dabei die Aromen von saftigen und reifen gelben Früchten mit einer erfrischenden Zitrusnote, sowie dezent würzige Noten von Estragon. Am Gaumen ist dieser Weißwein aus Sizilien fruchtig und knackig, mit einem zarten Schmelz.
Vinifikation für den Insolia Terre Siciliane IGT von Cusumano
Die Trauben für diesen Wein werden per Hand gelesen und anschließend kalt gepresst und einer ersten Gärung bei einer Temperatur von 8°Celsius für etwa 12 Stunden. Die zweite Gärung auf der Hefe findet bei einer Temperatur von 18°-20°Celsius in Stahltanks für mindestens 4 Monate statt.
