Vinification of the Juan Gil Intruso Rueda Verdejo

The basis for the balanced Intruso Rueda Verdejo from Castile - León are grapes from the grape variety Verdejo. In Castile - Leon, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of sand. After the manual harvest, the grapes arrive at the winery in the fastest way. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After its end, the Intruso Rueda Verdejo can harmonize further for a few months on the fine lees.
