In the glass, TVM's Invidious Blanco offers a brilliant shimmering light yellow color. The nose of this TVM white wine presents all sorts of kumquats, papayas, physalis, grapefruits and limes.

Light on its feet and multi-faceted, this light white wine presents itself on the palate. Due to the balanced fruit acidity, the Invidious Blanco flatters with a soft mouthfeel, without lacking juicy liveliness. In the finish, this storable white wine from the wine-growing region of Castile - La Mancha finally inspires with good length. Once again, hints of lime and lemongrass show through.

Vinification of the Invidious Blanco from TVM

This elegant white wine from Spain is cuvetted from the grape varieties Sauvignon Blanc, Verdejo and Viura. After the hand harvest, the grapes are immediately taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully ground. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Once fermentation is complete, Invidious Blanco can continue to harmonize on its fine lees for a few months.
