In the glass, the Ja-To 1.5 l Magnum from Vignato Virgilio presents a dense purple color. The nose of this red wine from Veneto seduces with hints of raspberry and acacia. If we trace the aromatics further, red currant and black cherry are added.
On the palate, the Ja-To 1.5 l Magnum from Vignato Virgilio starts pleasantly dry, grippy and aromatic. On the tongue, this punchy red wine is characterized by an incredibly fleshy, velvety and dense texture. The final of this red wine from the wine-growing region of Veneto finally convinces with beautiful reverberation. The finish is also accompanied by mineral facets of the clay-dominated soils.
Vinification of the Ja-To 1,5 l Magnum from Vignato Virgilio
The powerful Ja-To 1,5 l Magnum from Italy is a cuvée, pressed from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Veneto. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of clay. After the grape harvest, the grapes reach the press house by the fastest route. Here they are sorted and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and small wood at controlled temperatures. At its end, the Ja-To 1.5 l Magnum can harmonize further for 12 months on the fine lees.
