This white wine from Weingut Lanz is ideal for wine connoisseurs who like it absolutely dry. The Johanniter is already quite close to this, it was vinified with just 1.5 grams of residual sugar. Vinification of the winery Lanz Johanniter
This white wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, Johanniter. For this exceptionally balanced single-varietal wine from Weingut Lanz, only immaculate grapes were harvested. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately taken to the winery. Here they are selected and carefully broken up. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally bottled.
