The Julius Rosso Conero of Silvano Strologo from the Marche offers a bright, ruby red color in the swirled glass. This single varietal Italian wine reveals in the glass wonderfully complex notes of sour cherry, plum, blueberry and blackberry. In addition, hints of red currant and black cherry.
This Italian wine convinces with its elegantly dry flavor. He was brought to the bottle with exceptionally little residual sugar. As you would expect from a wine, this Italian naturally enraptures with the finest balance despite all dryness. Aroma does not necessarily require a lot of sugar. Balanced and complex, this crisp, light and silky red wine presents itself on the palate. In the finish, this red wine from the wine-growing region of the Marche finally thrills with beautiful length. Once again, hints of sour cherry appear. Vinification of Julius Rosso Conero by Silvano Strologo
This red wine clearly focuses on one grape variety, namely Montepulciano. Only impeccable grape material was used for this wonderfully balanced single-varietal wine from Silvano Strologo. In the Marche region, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on soils of clay and limestone. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are sorted and carefully broken up. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks and small wood at controlled temperatures. Fermentation is followed by aging for several months on the fine lees before the wine is finally drawn into bottles.
