Vinification of Käfer Grüner Veltliner
This balanced Grüner Veltliner from Austria is a single-varietal wine made from the Grüner Veltliner grape variety. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are transported to the press house as quickly as possible. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the Grüner Veltliner is allowed to harmonize further on the fine lees for a few months.
