The nose of this white wine from Rheinhessen convinces with notes of star fruit, gallia melon, papaya and mango. If we trace the aromatics further, Mediterranean herbs, juniper and garrigue are added.
This wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor. It was bottled with 5 grams of residual sugar. As you would expect from a wine in the upper price range, this German wine naturally enraptures with the finest balance despite all its dryness. Excellent taste does not necessarily need a lot of residual sugar. Due to its concise fruit acidity, the Kaisermantel Chardonnay reveals itself to be exceptionally fresh and lively on the palate. The final of this youthful white wine from the wine-growing region of Rheinhessen finally captivates with beautiful reverberation.
