This elegant red wine from Italy is made from the Corvina grape variety. After the grape harvest the grapes reach the winery as quickly as possible. Here they are selected and carefully broken down. Fermentation follows in stainless steel tanks and concrete at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Kay Corvina Veronese can continue to harmonise on the fine yeast for a few months.
